• Prepared, submitted, and tracked more than 675 invoices from the various production sub departments including designer payments and union payments.
• Conciliated biweekly timesheets through tracking submissions, coding hours, and entering penalty and premium payments into the production department's Access database.

• Coordinated the daily schedules of the 45+ acting company and 16 stage managers across 8 shows including scheduling daily calls, costume fittings, interdepartmental meetings, secondary rehearsals, additional events, and travel notices.
